Refund Policy
My Guides are non refundable.
Once a digital guide is downloaded, it is easily reproduced and distributed, making it difficult to control. This means that if I were to refund someone for a digital guide, they could potentially still have access to the content.
Digital guides are intangible goods, meaning they do not have a physical form. This makes it difficult to determine if the product has been used or not. It is possible that the customer could have accessed and used the content before requesting a refund.
It is common practice for digital products to have a no-refund policy. This is because it is difficult to determine if the product has been fully consumed or not, and it is not feasible to return a digital product as it cannot be resold once it has been downloaded.
